We both didnt think paying the Costco membership was worth it being treated that way. Her employees had amazing customer service though, but it was shocking that their managers customer service was horrible. Keep in mind we never asked for the manager and we were okay not being able to return it.We decided to cancel our membership because we ultimately felt like she could have handled the situation better.
